Ifound a 2025 Ram 1500 online and inquired the same day. Bobby provided a video of the truck and noted the condition of the vehicle. I did a credit app and Brian received an approval at a great rate. The entire buying experience was "seemless" and a 10/10.

We saw the car I wanted online on a Sunday and sent a message expecting to hear back the next day, but Bobby West actually responded even though they were closed. He assured me he’d get back to me Monday morning, and he absolutely did. On Monday, before I was able to come in, Bobby sent me a personalized video introducing himself and giving us a full tour of the vehicle — something I didn’t even ask for, but really appreciated. It immediately made the experience feel more personal and welcoming. He had already started working on our offer and helping us get financing situated. Honestly, it ended up being easier than going through our credit union. Within just a few hours, the paperwork was ready, the price was in line with what we had asked for, and the car was detailed, fueled up, and ready to go. When we arrived at the dealership to see the car and sign papers, Bobby West met us right away and was ready to take care of us. He was kind, caring, quick, and efficient throughout the entire process. Bryan Muse in finance was also great to work with. We worked with Bobby and Scot at the Jerry Seiner North Salt Lake location and this was our first time at this dealership. My wife and I were looking for a GMC Acadia Denali Ultimate. The first time in they did not have any In stock but Bobby had us test drive a lesser model so we could get a feel for some of the features. It was nice but not what we wanted. I asked Bobby to contact me when one came in. Bobby contacted me when there was one scheduled to be delivered and I was able to work out a time frame to travel back to Salt Lake city as I am from wyoming. Bobby again contacted me when it came in. My wife and I traveled back to SLC and really liked it but it wasn't the right color. From that point we sat down with Bobby and special ordered the one we wanted. Everything went well and he contacted me about every week or so to give me updates on the new car. On the day we picked it up Bobby was not in so Scot worked with us on the test drive and walk around. Everything went good there. Sitting down to go over the contracts and such went smoothly. I was very impressed by the staff that I worked with and never felt as though I was being pressured in any way. I highly recommend Jerry Seiner North Salt Lake location dealership and will go there again in the future if I am looking for another new GMC.
