Wow. What an awesome experience. Brodie and Scot were amazing and so helpful. Got us into an incredible vehicle at an incredible price! They made it so easy. After all the other places telling us that we didn’t qualify, or, twice a month payments. Even was told $600 a month payments at other places! Insane in this economy! I just purchased a 2026 Canyon Denali. I worked with Cha. He was great to work with, up front with everything and a seamless transaction up until the time I went into their finance office. So 5 stars for Cha. I’ll leave it at that out of respect for him, but it is highly unlikely that I would ever buy another vehicle from this dealership.

The sales team was very helpful. Due to an awkward work schedule various means were utilized to gather information and close the deal. In person time with the staff was limited, but they were efficient in answering questions, arranging a test drive, and evaluating my trade. In the end they coordinated a truck from another location. Bobby and Brian were great!

Over the course of 2 weeks. I was given the absolute run-around. I spent significant time coordinating with Scott Layton, only to be told repeatedly that the vehicle I was interested in was unavailable, then suddenly available, and then unavailable again. I had an awesome experience buying my pickup here. They stayed late and got me into my new truck. It was a used ford from a gm dealer so I knew they wouldn’t cover the repair I ended up needing recently after purchase. But they did everything they could to help me out. It just sucks the issue wasn’t covered. Guess that’s what I get for not buying the extra coverages. But they helped amazingly from me living a few hours away and doing most of the work for the deal over the phone.

I recently had a very frustrating experience with Jerry Seiner GMC South Jordan. For over a week, I attempted to get clear information about a vehicle I was seriously interested in purchasing. Unfortunately, the communication was consistently poor.
The salesperson was unresponsive and did not provide clear answers to several important questions I had about the vehicle. I also made multiple requests to speak with a manager and never received a call back, which was extremely disappointing.
