Bobby West was extremely friendly and professional even when he got busy he never made us feel neglected he was phenomenal we would recommend him to all our friends and family to come down to this dealership. the financial advisor Bryan was super helpful and made sure we were taking care of as well. I wish I could remember the othe gentleman's name but he was super professional and friendly. Needless to say that my wife and I were so happy we went to you guys for help and left with a smile on our faces and looking forward to a new adventure as a business owner.

Brought my truck in with a “check engine” light on. Bryon took care of me and did so with professionalism, efficiency, and looking into all options. A couple hours later truck was fixed and I was on my way!

Bald Bobby West is the best! I talked to close to 30 or 40 car salesman and plenty of dealers. None compare to how helpful and patient Bobby was with me. There was no struggle with getting the out the door price and no add ons. Great dealership with stellar service from Bobby!

We saw the car I wanted online on a Sunday and sent a message expecting to hear back the next day, but Bobby West actually responded even though they were closed. He assured me he’d get back to me Monday morning, and he absolutely did. On Monday, before I was able to come in, Bobby sent me a personalized video introducing himself and giving us a full tour of the vehicle — something I didn’t even ask for, but really appreciated. It immediately made the experience feel more personal and welcoming. He had already started working on our offer and helping us get financing situated. Honestly, it ended up being easier than going through our credit union. Within just a few hours, the paperwork was ready, the price was in line with what we had asked for, and the car was detailed, fueled up, and ready to go. When we arrived at the dealership to see the car and sign papers, Bobby West met us right away and was ready to take care of us. He was kind, caring, quick, and efficient throughout the entire process. Bryan Muse in finance was also great to work with. He went through all the paperwork carefully with us, answered all our questions, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. We worked with Bobby and Scot at the Jerry Seiner North Salt Lake location and this was our first time at this dealership. My wife and I were looking for a GMC Acadia Denali Ultimate. The first time in they did not have any In stock but Bobby had us test drive a lesser model so we could get a feel for some of the features. It was nice but not what we wanted. I asked Bobby to contact me when one came in. Bobby contacted me when there was one scheduled to be delivered and I was able to work out a time frame to travel back to Salt Lake city as I am from wyoming. Bobby again contacted me when it came in. My wife and I traveled back to SLC and really liked it but it wasn't the right color. From that point we sat down with Bobby and special ordered the one we wanted. Everything went well and he contacted me about every week or so to give me updates on the new car. On the day we picked it up Bobby was not in so Scot worked with us on the test drive and walk around. Everything went good there. Sitting down to go over the contracts and such went smoothly. I was very impressed by the staff that I worked with and never felt as though I was being pressured in any way. I had been lied to at other lots, including one guy who told me a truck was 'ready to go' only for me to find out it had a blown engine.Bobby was a breath of fresh air. He was blunt and honest with me from the second we met. No games, no fake sales pitches, and no wasting my time. He told me exactly what was what and treated me with respect. I had an awesome experience buying my pickup here. They stayed late and got me into my new truck. It was a used ford from a gm dealer so I knew they wouldn’t cover the repair I ended up needing recently after purchase. But they did everything they could to help me out. It just sucks the issue wasn’t covered. Guess that’s what I get for not buying the extra coverages. But they helped amazingly from me living a few hours away and doing most of the work for the deal over the phone.

These guys are great! Kudos to Bobby West and Brody. Best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle.

I recently had a very frustrating experience with Jerry Seiner GMC South Jordan. For over a week, I attempted to get clear information about a vehicle I was seriously interested in purchasing. Unfortunately, the communication was consistently poor. The salesperson was unresponsive and did not provide clear answers to several important questions I had about the vehicle. I also made multiple requests to speak with a manager and never received a call back, which was extremely disappointing. In addition, I asked several times for clean, updated photos of the vehicle, and that request was never completed. As a serious buyer, I expected basic professionalism, transparency, and timely follow-up. Customer service plays a major role when deciding where to purchase a vehicle. Based on my experience, I did not feel valued as a potential customer and ultimately decided to take my business elsewhere. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve communication and follow-through for future customers. I have receipts proof of everything.

The team helped me get a rebate from GM and significantly decrease the cost of replacing my turbo.

Jake helped us buy our car. He was very efficient, professional, and helpful. All of our questions were answered, and our experience was top notch.

Blake and his team are absolutely top notch! I have not had the easiest time with other dealerships in the area for service, the team at Seiner NSL were super friendly, attentive, Accommodating and fast with my needed service. I feel they go above and beyond! Will be bringing my Denali XL to them exclusively from now on!

Scot Philips the sales guy was amazing and worked hard for me. However, very disappointed in the sales manager. Met the sales manager the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I told him I would probably come by to purchase the 2026 sierra 2500 in the next two weeks. He said that I should come back on Friday because they were giving away 75” TVs for Black Friday on purchased vehicles. I asked him if there were any additional deals. He said they were giving rebates and I said how much and he said up to $1000. Consequently on Friday when I purchased the vehicle the rebate was only $500 and no TV. He told Scot to tell me it was either the rebate or TV. I know these are sales tactics, but at some level it is dishonest. I knew Jerry Seiner. I met him when he spoke at one of my business classes at the University of Utah. I talked to him for about 30 minutes after the class. He was all about integrity and honesty. I’m sure he wouldn’t agree with these tactics.

I can't express enough how amazed I am in the service that was rendered to me and my family. Where service and going the extra mile may seem foreign in the car dealership Jerry Seiner went above and beyond for us. Long story short, we bought our car from them 6 months ago and an extended warranty with it. Had a problem arise the warranty company that claimed this particular issue was not covered and made a headache for us and our car situation. Shane in service is the man and went above and beyond ro help take care of us and they actually decided to handle the cost and all the details due to them wanting to keep their customers happy and true to their word. Instead of almost losing me as a client, Shane and Jesse and their management team and ownership has kept me as a client where I will return to buy and tell everyone of their help and kindness. Miracles are still alive and do happen... thanks to these guys!

Great experience with these guys. Was able to set everything up and spend minimal time at the dealership to sign the paperwork. Wasn't a high pressure situation trying to sell me the extended warranty etc. They actually made a $1,500 mistake on the paperwork in my favor and once discovered it, they honored the price and mistake without question. I recently needed the driver side mirror replaced on my 2023 GMC Denali 3500. I took it into the dealership and they took a look at it and wrote a report and scheduled an appointment to get the mirror replaced.
